Our Selling Process.

The first thing our Cape Cod home selling agents do is we conduct a detailed market analysis and compare your property to similar properties. From there, we will set up an appointment to come visit you at your property. While, ideally it is better if you are present, in cases where you cannot be at the appointment, we can make alternate arrangements. In the end, our focus is on catering to our client and making it easy on you!

While at your property, we will perform a detailed analysis of your home to determine a realistic market price that will lead to a sale before listing your Cape Cod home.

The process involved in preparing your property for market may include some or all of the Personalized Services listed above. Great photography is key, as many buyers shop online and we want to capture your property in its best light.  Video can offer even more about the property’s location and features, and buyers love to watch a story. In addition, a well written ad copy is important, as there are many of us who like to read. Our experienced Cape Cod home selling agents will help walk you through the right process for your home.

We will coordinate any services needed or required as part of our personalized service that will best help to sell your property, so you are free to use your time however needed.  We will work closely with professionals to prepare your house to go to market, as taking the time to prepare leads to successful results.

Staging often equals a quicker sale for a higher selling price.

Depending on the results of our consultation, we may recommend staging your home.  When we do, we use a designer eye to accentuate the positive using a mix of your existing furniture with our inventory. Our professional stager, Gail O’Brien, incorporates pieces that appeal to a wide variety of buyers.
