BETH COCCAROMARKETING COORDINATOR / ADMINISTRATOR
If you’re looking to sell your property, we approach selling your home a little differently in that we personalize the marketing to be distinctive to your property. By bringing all aspects of the real estate experience in-house, our marketing is tailored to meet the specific needs of the client. We believe each home is unique, and therefore each home requires a different marketing strategy and brilliant designs to obtain a quality result. Consequently, I am very excited and honored to play my part in creatively marketing your property to present it in its best, and most unique light.
I was born in Westchester County, New York and raised in Fairfield County, Connecticut. My family vacationed here annually since 1978, and our love of the beauty of Cape Cod and its waters kept us returning. So much so that my parents built their dream house and retired on Cape in 2004. A year later, I moved to the Cape to be here for my parents as they get older.
Self-employed for many years, I ran my own jewelry, accessories and gift shop consignment business, along with an eBay shop from the 1990s to my move to the Cape in 2005. My continued success always hinged on my ability to creatively market my wares, creating desire for my items and differentiating me as a seller and what I was offering from the rest of the internet sellers. Stories sell, and the tales I told moved my product quickly. Keep that in mind when you see me weave one for your property, both in images, headlines and description.
Prior to that I was the Campaign Manager for 3 terms for a local CT State House Representative. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to train and develop the campaign’s message with the very successful political guru Murray Fishel, president Grassroots Political Campaigns. It quickly fell on me to coordinate the inception, message, design presentation and completion each term of 15 major direct mail pieces for 5,000 voters, leading to an election win for the candidate. Additionally, I was also responsible for crafting the outgoing message for our phone banking efforts.
In 2007, I was hired as the Visitors Services Coordinator for the Cape Cod Museum of Art in Dennis, MA, a position created for me shortly after I started volunteering. I researched, composed and designed exhibition handouts for 32 exhibitions annually, coordinating information with public relations, curatorial staff and docents for the museum. There I developed a Gallery Guide to Current Exhibitions, facilitating visitor access and promoting positive visitor experiences for the museum. I coordinated public information and designed promotional materials with the PR Manager, and posted media listings for all upcoming exhibitions and events on internet sites and community media television networks.
My foray into real estate began in 2012 when I took an administrative position at a local real estate firm. It quickly became clear that I had an aptitude for real estate marketing, and I was increasingly receiving requests from agents for assistance in improving their marketing efforts. Fortunately for me, one of those agents was Tia Lilly, and it was obvious our viewpoints and taste with respect to marketing real estate were very much aligned. A silent partnership began back then, leading to my presence here today, and I am forever grateful for the opportunity to now be part of this fantastic real estate agency and its superb team.
