4 Vale Lane, New Seabury

About the Designer

This gorgeous designer home offers over 5,000 square feet and will be featured in the annual Cape Cod Homes Magazine, as a result of the amazing job Marsha Malone did decorating this quality custom built home. Marsha owns Nautique in Brewster and much of her furniture is custom made specifically for her clients. As much of the furniture in 4 Vale Lane is custom specifically to fit the house and nautical theme. Her design work included all new carpeting, painting, light fixtures, custom window treatments, and of course custom designed furniture. It involved an extensive makeover from top-to-bottom to accentuate a sophisticated nautical coastal theme. There is so much amazing detail in this home which Marsha elegantly captures. For example, all the high-end millwork, custom moldings, gorgeous tall windows spilling tons of natural light, cathedral ceilings, glowing hardwood floors, built in and more. Marsha subtly and tastefully brings out the special qualities in this home which you must see for yourself. You can visit Marsha at www.nautiquercapecod.com.
